Learning and experiencing art is what we at Artsworth do. By providing unique workshops to our community members, whether they are children, teenagers, or adults, we are able to open the doors to creativity and show all who wish to learn about the beauty of crafting high quality work with your hands and heart. Workshops are held at 25 Pine Street and range from learning about how to manipulate molten glass to how to solder metal to how to sculpt out of clay or fiber. Our goal is to remain open to suggestions and ideas of how to meet the interests and needs of our community by providing a space for all teachers to share their craft with students of all ages. We hope that if you have a great idea that you wish to share with others, that you will come to Artsworth, share our space and share with us.     Oh My Goddess -Exhibit

    Oh My Goddess
    September 19 – October 24

    Please join us for "Oh My Goddess" featuring the work of more than 20 local and national artists!

    From fine painting and sculpture to blown glass, pottery, and mixed media, these artists explore the many ways we encounter, imagine, celebrate, and interpret the goddess. Whether fantastic, folkloric, powerful, playful, or deeply personal, each work offers its own vision of this timeless theme.

     Artsworth’s first-ever fundraiser: a Silent Art Auction!

    Featuring fine art, jewelry, blown glass, pottery, and much, much more, the auction will open at the September 19 reception and remain open throughout the exhibition, closing at 4:00 PM on October 3 during Maine Craft Weekend.

    Come experience the exhibition, meet the artists and community, and perhaps take home something wonderful—all while supporting Artsworth and our growing creative community.
