  Halloween themed Movie Night & Pumpkin Carving!

  Movie night at Artsworth, come out to our first monthly movie night with a double feature.  doors open at 5:30. $5-$10. suggested donation but no one turned away for lack of funds 😀

  6pm = family friendly "1995's Casper"

  Based on the Harvey Comics character Casper the Friendly Ghost.  Follows a kind young ghost named Casper who peacefully haunts Whipstaff Manor in Friendship, Maine.

  8pm Stephen King's "Pet Cemetery"

  Based on the 1983 novel by Maine author Stephen King, and although the story is set in the fictional town of Ludlow, Maine, parts of the original movie were filmed in and around Hancock County. Stephen King insisted on filming in Maine. Rather than letting Hollywood substitute another location, King made Maine filming a condition of the film rights. Ellsworth City Hall appears in the movie. The building doubled as a hospital associated with the University of Maine in Orono.
